GOG has several divisions and is a sub group of a larger company and each have there own E-mail.

if you want support that's: support@GOG.COM
if you want legal that's: legal@GOG.COM
if you want CDProject that's:contact@cdprojekt.com

As if anyone gives a shit about legal or contacting cdprojekt.
He's obviously disgruntled because gog's support is nonexistent and now you get blocked by a chat bot, and here you are to add salt to the wound, like you always do.

I don't even know if this was part of an existing issue, the post creator never stated they were having any issues with support or any other subdivision and it is not up to the reader to research what the creator is having a problem with.
