Day of the Tentacle.
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. THE, game, which needs to be sold in GoG. Huge eye strain that steam sells it, yet GoG as of yet, no.

And Sid Meiers' Pirates Remake (2004).

They are both old and good. The heck is wrong with them coming here?

NoNewTaleToTell: For me? Hm, I'm sure it's expected of me to say Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines (which I just did) but I'm actually going to say The Neverhood. I'll be selfish and say that I already have Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines in DRM-free form, and while I would definitely buy it again if it came to GOG (due to a lack of confidence in Gamestop, to be honest) I would rather have The Neverhood here since I've never played it but I'm a huge fan of its sequel Skullmonkeys.

DubConqueror: Where can Vampire The Masquerade:Bloodlines be had DRM-free?
I got mine from Gamestop back when ImpulseDriven was still a thing haha. You have to use the Gamestop App to download it but once it's downloaded you can launch it without the Gamestop and you can even uninstall the GamestopApp. Now with the changes that took place earlier this year I'm not sure if the Gamestop version (for new purchases) is still DRM-free or if it's just a Steam key.
Dr. Drago's Madcap Chase.
Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen. Yes, I know that rights issues make it unlikely, but it's the first of a classic series, the PC version can't be bought anywhere that I know of*, and the console release is both crippled with terrible load times and not working on my PSP for some reason, even though it's available on the PSN.

* The other game that comes to mind, Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines, lost to Blood Omen because it's readily available on Steam.
Um... anything by From Software? :x

Other than that, they seem to be doing well on the Classics front, and most of the modern AAA stuff is probably out of reach for now. But perhaps they'll eventually be able to bring some "last gen" AAA games, from the XBOX 360 and PS3 era.
Still waiting for Torchlight 2 :S

JamesBond007: Dr. Drago's Madcap Chase.
+1 I still have it and it's awesome
It's not well known outside of Germany though.

I want all of the BlueByte games here, especcially the one and only "Albion".

I had to think hard about this one, but if I'd have to pick only one game right now, probably Skyrim Legendary Edition.
Grim Fandango would have to be number one.

Also on the short list:

Caesar I, II & IV
TIE Fighter
X-Wing
X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter
X-Wing Alliance
any and/or all of the Anno games (never gonna happen, but nice to dream)

marsrunner: TIE Fighter
X-Wing
X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter
X-Wing Alliance
This. I want them badly :)

Hm, why? Isn't Ubisoft the current rights holder?

Well, that's true but Anno 2070 has some very intrusive DRM. Don't know about the others.
