What Korean? MichealFurlong is not Korean, nor is his niece. The account can be deleted of course (as do all accounts), but said ToS clause is there because a person not of legal age cannot enter in a legally binding agreement.

If more parents just kept their kids locked up in the basement, like mine did, this really wouldn't be an issue.
