As far as I'm aware it's regular working hours, so likely not anyone there for your request. There may be a skeleton Support crew, but they'd likely only deal with urgent issues, and a refund wouldn't be considered urgent. Just be patient and wait until tomorrow.

They do have some support staff after normal business hours, and payment-related tickets are the sort they're most likely to prioritize. Still, don't be too surprised if they don't get you sorted out till tomorrow, or maybe even the day after (big sale, lotsa support traffic and all).

I don't think they're "officially" on duty after normal working hours, but I can say that just a few weeks ago I submitted a refund request really late on a Saturday night (here in the US) and didn't expect anything until at least Monday. When I logged on Sunday morning my refund request was done and changed into wallet funds.

I really do like GOG, but sometimes... well they can really make you scratch your head sometimes.
