Has anyone encounter issues when paying with JCB cards?

I see that recently gog just updated its payment system. New layout, color and more payment options (I think?). When I type in my credit card number, an error message came out "enter a supported card brand". The JCB logo is displayed up there along with visa, master and amex though??? I've also been on a shopping spree on gog for the past month all paid with this exact card. The bill came in and showed all payment were made without a hitch.

I asked gog CS but got a long winded answer that boiled down to "it should work". Well it didn't....

Perhaps it's a new api that isn't fully implemented or debugged?
