It's a shame Bethesd left the sale so soon, I'd be impulse buying some of their games right about now. Maybe that's a good thing.

In French it's called la petit mort [literally: the small death].

Speaking of literal translations, Grand Finale means "Big (read: important) Finish", just as the quarter finals are quarts de finale.
