Depends on the episode. You don't need to watch in order to take it in. Plus that particular episode is just him talking to the camera so watching isn't needed.

I damn AiU and his lack of sauce droppings, it took me 20 minutes to search this song and only got the name because somebody mentioned it in the comments, apart from that, is a really soothing song, I could listen to this while on a cold shower or just walking on the night side.

But there are way better songs that work with the atmosphere of a lonesome and tranquil night while feeling at the same time, anguish
