I just got a new car on Thursday. I'm excited because we're done looking.
I am excited and blessed for being able to own a home with my partner of 5 years, it has been a good 5 years, our anniversary is Feb 19th, and we now have our own house together!

Also, finding GOG was good, because I only knew of Steam, and they don't have classics that bring back nostalgia like here!

Coelocanth: Most exciting thing for us this year is our mortgage will be paid off in September. That's going to be a huge monthly savings - I'll be able to build a new rig!
Wow, that's awesome! As someone who pays monthly for rent I've calculated the savings owning a house will give me and have started saving for a future house of my own.

That's wonderful, congratulations! The marriage law recently passed in my state, which was my main concern due to taxes and all that un-fun jazz. Hopefully it'll pass nationally soon.

Yeah, Ohio is a bit behind, but, I am blessed everyday nonetheless

There's an easy fix to that. Don't wear any pants.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to the Seahawks sending the Pats home empty handed.

I'm also looking forward to going back to China.

Pants are the shackles of the gynocracy.
Homeworld. No question about it. I haven't been this excited for a game in ages.

Thank you. :) We're about a year later than we wanted to be, but still not too shabby. Good luck with your saving and purchasing of a home, but be sure you don't overlook the 'hidden' costs (maintenance, various utilities you may not be paying for when renting, insurance, taxes, etc.) .
Getting paid ;)
Shadowrun in Hong Kong. That's what I'm really excited for.
I look forward to play some other new games like Pillars of eternity or Torment: tides of numenera, but Dragonfall was like one the best stories ever in RPGs so Hong Kong is the top priority for me this year.
