For example the Army Men series where you play as... well, army men plastic soldiers. Then there is a racing game Revolt, where you don't drive cars, but small RC cars. Then original LEGO games like Racers or Rock Raiders.
Modern LEGO games don't count, it's just an unoriginal cash grab and advertising campaign for the movies. Toy Story games either, because it is based on a movie, not toys.
Try not to just make a list, say a word of two if you played the game.
I just finished playing Army Men RTS. It is not a good RTS game, but its funny and I liked how the whole story is like something kids would make up when playing with plastic toys around their house...kids that watched Apocalypse Now 10 years too early. Playing with little toys and everything around you being big, with insects walking around and stuff, soda cans being used a HQ, blender as a resource depot, using items lying around the house as resources, it was all very interesting and different from the usual more serious RTS games.
