I’m trying to find an old pc game that I played in the nineties. It was an isometric RPG that looked similar to Warcraft when it first came out. I don.’t remember much about the base game but one thing that really stood out to me at the time was a map creator that let you set the layout of everything, including water, mermaids and enemy encounters. I could be wrong, but I remember the disc being black with either a white or silver picture of a rider on a horse. I think there was ampersand in the title but it doesn’t appear to be any Dungeons & Dragons game.
