- They have removed games for no reason
- They promote censorship
- They push binding games to online services
- They popularized in game stores in Paid games on PC
- They introduced fee-to-pay games on PC
- They conditioned people to just accept DRM (There are gamers these days that have no idea of what DRM-free is thanks to Steam)
- They ignore complaints about games not working and even threaten to ban/delete accounts of people who have purchased games legally and just want them to work (I fit in this category with a threat of my account getting deleted just for wanting a game to actually star up)
- They allow publishers to come in and delete any negative criticism in the forums.
They have done far worse than any other company to PC gaming.... but hey I guess they deserve a free pass
Think Succubus, except it isn't finished -- and at the rate it's going it never will be.

Now i so totally want to get games on Vinyl...
Loading games on the fly at 9600 baud games input from a needle to my computer! Oh yeah! Now we're talking futuristic! I don't need no games that i can put in my pocket, i need to carry it around like a steering wheel! (Or in larger games, a STACK, a BOX of wheels!).

Well, welcome to early access. It's why I never touch the stuff, and people who do have no one to blame but themselves.

the only problem with leavers like this is that the experience goes with them that would inform newer users of the inherent problems being experienced and their rate of inherent acceleration.
If people are not realized to have existed there is no wall of silence or better yet continued feedback noticeable to red flag people.
-Teach a man to fish and you can probably make a quick 5 bucks; teach only people with dementia to fish and you can probably buy a yacht by next christmas.

I'm just going to point out, here that after the hitman thing and soe of the other shite we can say one of two things, maybe both, but at least one of the statements is true:
1. GOG is not an exclusively DRM-free store by any stretch of imagination, any more than dlsite, itch.io, etc. Just as they sell games with DRM and most of their catalogue is drm-free, doesn't mean they're DRM-free. This also applies to gog.
2. GOG is not a curated DRM-free store, unlike itch.io, dlsite, etc.
Let's face it, at least one of those arguments that people have used for saying gog is above it's competitors is clearly invalid at this point. Now the question is, which one?

I think you're right in general, but Larian has been cranking out updates very frequently, so there are a few companies that don't abuse it. Subverse is an especially egregious offender, tho.

CDPR is Valued at $8 BILLION, with moderate influence via Witcher franchise and small scale support from a bunch of DRM Free activists.
"Balls" has nothing to do with it. Epic has a much larger carrot to entice and much larger stick to hit them with
