You got time? We got games.

Of course, some take more time than others but that's where buye--- PLAYER agency comes in. Pick the ones that best fit your schedule - there are so many good options here: the new Master of Orion, the wacky Earthworm Jim, the overlooked masterpiece Giants: Citizen Kabuto, the hilarious Toonstruck, the engrossing Stonekeep, the eccentric Messiah, the RTS classic Total Annihilation, and many many more.

The Weekly Sale ends October 15st, 10 PM UTC.

gotta agree that the news being at the very bottom is a problem. I guess the purpose was to force people to scroll past all the deals? Kinda seems desperate.
Hitting the End key takes me to the bottom of the front page after it has finished loading.

Still not buying Master of Orion 3 at that price. Try 99c and I might.
If GOG were not the only one with only DRM-Free games, then after such a redesign I would leave any site. This is simply unacceptable and frank disrespect to users.

P.S. I do not mind GOG's experiments with the design. I am against the fact that there was no switch to normal and convenient (old for example).

vadalma18: I like the price of that shooter game - Hybrid Wars.

One question: Shogo doesn't work on newer Windows version, right?
Because the pages says only XP, Vista ... :(

OHMYGODJCABOMB: Works fine for me on Windows 7 (x64).
Thank you. Do you need any special drivers?

Thank you GOG for trying hard to save my money! :P Not only the "News" section on your front page is empty in my browser, but also the section about games "Now on sale". Luckily someone has reminded me of your RSS news feed (which still is working). Otherwise I would not see any of your game releases and sales anymore now.

It is just another way to say goodbye to the customers all the sudden after 10 years. What a Useless and worse steam store design.

I really hate how every company or developer whatever copies crap from others and don't think about it. Even Steam's new chat is now web based too for example like Discord and Skype (I'm not sure tho I don't use both of them) Just to waste memory. Steam almost need 1 GB of memory alone thanks to that and you basically have five browsers open. It's Awful, people don't get memory just to let programs waste it written by terrible developers using frameworks who can not code like cooks using bought convenient pre-cooked crap in restaurants and sell it "home-made".

Get your previous site back, GOG will ya?

Edit: I honestly thought they're not going to change the store site any time soon after the No Man's Sky refund recently here or anything else what could be bad. I'm really disappointed and I start to regret supporting GOG but yeah it's drm-free for the most part but meh.

Edit2: I don't even see the news part and some sales on my 1024x768 monitor! What the hell is this?

The news at the bottom is bad but also I preferred it before since I can see a list of it instead of 3 big rectangles. With a list you can see more at a time and even can read a description before clicking into it. Too many animations moving and game cards with videos loading too. I preferred the old upcoming section since it specified at least the month a game is coming instead of it being vague saying "soon" on all of them. Also when you click show more before it would just expand right there and show it instead of loading a new page with the game cards. The game pages in the store with the big banner takes too much space and the price point is too large and looks weird where it is placed between the banner and other part of the page. Too much scrolling needed to see game details and having the name of the game on the banner seems redundant since it is already there in bold text.

I agree, at least what they could and should do is, to move "News" just above "Discover games"

Like so (look at attached image).

How do I find the Daily Deal? Or is that not around anymore? :(

I think, there is no daily deal at all... only weekly sale (and propably weekend sale.)

OHMYGODJCABOMB: Another weekly Interplay sale. Which one for this year? Second or even third?

I think that it's time to pack all these games into a "legacy" bundle and sell it for 10 (maybe 15) bucks.
Exactly! I thought they artificially increased the prices a year ago just to be able to claim higher sale percentage, but no... they actually think someone's still going to buy these for $3 a piece.

"You got time?" is an interesting tag line for the weekly sale, considering how much user time is being wasted by this abomination of a site redesign. Do none of GOG's web devs have the first clue about usability? And that's without even mentioning how unfinished it clearly is (e.g. wishlist etc. still using the old design).

Love the site redesign, but I'd put News right after On Sale.

I just want a working website. Ever since the update, on my PC at least, the On Sale and News sections have been blank. Oddly enough, everything shows okay on my tablet. Even still, I never had any problem with the site before the change.

KasperHviid: I'm so very offended! This is a sale called "quality time" ... and Harvester is not included???

https://youtu.be/cuY9YkYpbaI?t=1392
...And MOO 3 and 4 are? In what reality are those considered quality games?

And echoing other concerns about the "sale" prices: MOO 4 with a retail price of $30? You were giving it away for free during the winter sale. And the perennially on sale (not in this sale, but recently) Oblivion retails for $19.99? Where? I haven't seen the GOTY edition for sale at any brick-and-mortar store for more than $9.99 regular price in the last five or six years.
