Straight to the point.

Solve murders by point and clicking. Turn your enemies into space dust by pointing and firing. Destroy wicked foes by pointing at them with your wicked dance moves.

Basically just wanted to point out that there's a lot of cool stuff one can do in these awesome games.
Give them a try and you'll surely agree.

Hard to say but at least we will have a lot of games discounted since it's Christmas Sale (biggest sale of the year).

Is there a mistake with the pricing of some of the Close Combat games? Are these 6 and 7 year-old games really $40 normally? They're currently 75% off, at $10 a pop which seems steep.

Ashnak: ...But Still Life 2 is an atrocity. A very bad attempt to jump on the Saw train, I guess? I was looking forward to resolve the cliffhanger and get another awesome p'n'c, but this game is just bad in every way. Gameplay, story, dub, at least I personally didn't experience too annoying bugs.
I actually kind of liked the story and atmosphere - but the puzzles are really horrible, agreed. Best played with a walkthrough.

This is my kind of sale! It must be, because there's only 4 games available that I don't already have. Of course, that means, there isn't much for me to buy!

There have been rumors of a Linux version possible happening, and I've had Phoning Home on my wishlist for awhile as a result. It's one of the four that I don't already own. Still, even without the Linux version, it's tempting....

Could I please get a Blue to confirm that many of the Close Combat games are, indeed, still $9.99 at "75% off" even though that would mean that these approaching-a-decade-old games are $40 normally? Or is this a mistake?

The prices are correct. Matrix/slitherine have always priced there games higher as they consider them niche.

The good news is they didn’t use to put them on large discounts like this or even sell
Them in third party stores like Steam and GOG.

Do you know if Order of Battle: World War II has achievements? They are visible in the Popular achievements section, but they aren't listed in the Game features.

The only games I didn't already have from this sale was the Crypt of the Necrodancer and Syberia 3.

I bought Necrodancer along with all its DLCs because the music in the trailer convinced me.

I bought Syberia 3 because it is Syberia.
