But they all look SO good!

It's happened to the best of us. First instance that comes to mind is when they started putting chocolate brownie flavor next to regular chocolate in ice-cream shops. But there's a trick to it, see.
You always go for the brownie.

Now all you need to do is find your own brownie from this lineup, which is no easy task. Could it be the exceptional action/platformer Dust: An Elysian Tale? Is it the brilliantly written Firewatch? The endlessly exhilarating Slime Rancher? The moody >observer. ? The cheeky HuniePop? Perhaps the tough-as-nails Unworthy or the magical Dreamfall Chapters?

Simon the Sorcerer Anniversary Edition 1 & 2 with discount is more or less what the game used to cost before the "remaster". I know, the anniversary editions are abominations, but since you get the original ones as bonus, you can pretend you bought the classics and happily ignore the "remasters".

But only when you "forget" that the originals already have been on sale for less than a Dollar. ;)

Why does that matter? Was it on sale every single day? It wasn't. Then sale price only matter when you want to scam someone out of they code.

I you're not entirely loathing walking sims, and maybe a 40ish male with your share in relationship hardships... get Firewatch - it's an amazing piece of storytelling.

But if you weren't around for that sale, getting them for "full" price is better than refusing to have them because of the horrible remaster. If you are into point-and-click they are worth the ~5€.
