Up to 90% off cherry-picked, triple fine games: Grim Fandango, Technobabylon, Empire Earth Gold, Day of the Tentacle, Resonance, and more!

Diversity is the spice of life. Also videogames, they too are the spice of life. Diverse videogames can therefore approach almost weaponized levels of seasoning intensity. Just make sure to pick the right ones out of this here pouch containing Wadjet Eye + Rebellion + Double Fine games, and take pride in your good taste.

An insane Purple Tentacle has the whole world wrapped around its...ehm..suction cups. The only way to stop it? Travel back in time, when Benjamin Franklin was chasing the thunder and the point'n'click adventures were kings. Back to the hilariously surreal Day of the Tentacle.

Few games can boast to feature gameplay spanning 500.000 years and the replayability to match it. Empire Earth Gold Edition is that rare exception, taking the best elements of Civilization and Age of Empires and smashing them together in a strategically sound manner.

Wadjet Eye have come a long way since then, but the cyberpunk/noir thriller Gemini Rue is still a timeless gem that you won't be able to wipe off your memory thanks to its complex story, dramatic action sequences, immersive characterization, and strong philosophical undertones.

Mix and match unique experiences from the unmatched catalogs of Wadjet Eye + Rebellion + Double Fine, going for up to -90%. You can't really go wrong with Day of the Tentacle Remastered, Technobabylon, Aliens vs Predator Classic 2000, Ground Control Anthology, or any of the plenty other classics!
The promo will last until July 26, 3:59 AM UTC.
Too late for me, I was waiting for the Linux version of Day of the Tentacle Remastered and bought it a couple of days ago in a Steam promo for about the same price as on this GOG promo... I would prefer to buy it on GOG :-(
I've played all of the Wadjet games except for Golden Wake. For some reason it just keeps lingering in my backlog. Anyway, I enjoyed all the ones I've played; some more than others. My top three preference would go like so:
Gemini Rue > Technobabylon > Blackwell series

I'm debating whether to pick up DOTT now or wait for a better price still. Hm. I may finally pick up Costume Quest and Moonbase Commander.
Of the Wadjet Eye games I like Technobabylon best and Shardlight second. My guess would be that I didn't need a walkthrough in either, as opposed to the other games. Before someone takes that as them being too easy: They are merely more logical.

Vythonaut: Friendly advice:

Buy Technobabylon...
...and Blackwell Series....
...and Gemini Rue...
...and Resonance...
...and Primordia...

...and where is AvP 2? :)
Already bought them long before, missing Shardlight and Day of the Tentacle in my collection ;)
AvP 2 is one of the few games missing here :)

I hope you played them too already! :)
As for Aliens vs Predator 2, yeah, i've been waiting for it since the release of AvP Classic but so far, nothing.. From the little i looked around, it seems it isn't available anywhere else too...

That's one thing I really like about their games: they don't need extraordinary brain gymnastics to be figured out, while still providing good puzzles to be solved.

I haven´t played them yet :)
i havent played about 85% of all games i bought last year :D.

I have all the good classic games from this sale, the 20 games i dont own are 3d or fpp,
i noticed most of the new releases are fpp/3d or a mix , if not they are 2d but with to much motions and or lighting effects, which prevents me from playing and buying them.

Anyway, i am hoping we get a very large wave of 20 games, 2d no fpp and no 3d or flashing effects, but chances are very small i guess.
Just bought Kingdom Rush Frontiers (owned the first game).

NuffCatnip: Why is Empire Earth 3's rating so low?

I enjoyed the first game, but didn't play the sequel, too similar.
How is the third game?
Late reply, but I just saw on the frontpage EE3 in the 'popular list', so I had to come here to warn people to really get information about this game before buying it.

In my opinion : should I be gifted it , I wouldn't want to try to play it again even just to confirm that it's still baaad.
Thanks for the great discounts, GOG.com! My Library just went +2! xD
