A classic omni-cure with prices miniature! 66% off Pharaoh, Arcanum, Quest for Glory 1-5, Phantasmagoria, and more!

They say time heals all ills. And if there's one sure cure for any known ailment, it's got to be time spent gaming. Whether you got the blues (pet hamster expired), the reds (a coworker ate your tuna sandwich) or the greens (coworker instagrammed himself in the act), spend some time with these classic beauties and everything will go away. Especially time. So join us in Activision Therapy with 66% off the price of admission, and emerge a new person!

Bah, they don't build cities like they used to anymore. We definitely got a thing or two to learn from the ancient Pharaohs, aside from pulling off that wicked eye-liner look. And that's how to manage majestic settlements, erect timeless monuments, and maintain a healthy economy based on trading goods.

So you want to be a hero? Perhaps a thief or a mage? The adventure/RPG series that defined and refined the formula of alternative gameplay paths based on your character's skills, puts you on a Quest for Glory across fairytale lands, where whimsical adventures and magical creatures await.

A cursed love story, spanning centuries of death, despair, and brutal exsanguinations. A party-based action/RPG with intense combat and immersive character development. The bloody quest of a fledgling vampire seeking justifiable Redemption. A true cult classic.

This should be all the prescription you need to begin your Activision Therapy. There are over 30 capsules of great fun inside this Weekend Promo, including Call to Power 2, the Zork series, Spycraft: The Great Game, the King's Quest saga, and many more! Just remember to sit down with them at least three times a day after each meal. The promo will last until March 8, 4:59 AM GMT.

Splatsch: Every opinion/experience is appreciated :)
Hum... It sounds not that bad. I've never played the game... Is experience still enjoyable, even with the strange feeling ?
Of course I can only speak for myself but I still enjoy the game but I've never really played any games quite like it so I can't compare it with others in its genre. However, even when playing with the launcher, it's very likely you'll have some minor graphical glitches. Sometimes the decals on the car will blink in and out of existence. Sometimes textures don't load properly, for example a building had the speedometer texture on it instead of the building texture :D Others have reported the game not saving so every time you save a game, make sure you use a different name each time and check to make sure the game gamed. Yeah, it's a little buggy but nothing too serious ;)

For the sake of full disclosure, I76 has a lot of nostalgia value for me so this is going to skew my perception of the game ;). It was one of the games that came with my new 6MB Jazz Adrenaline 3D Voodoo rush and was one of the first games I played with 3D accelerated graphics ;) I still enjoy the game and I do recommend it to anyone that likes driving games or Mechwarrior type games, especially considering there aren't a lot of games like I76. Just keep in mind that the glitches I mentioned ;)
Fantastic promo for somebody who is new to gog. I bought almost all games from it as soon as I joined. Pretty much every game is a classic and a must play. However, for old timers the promo would be much more enjoyable with a couple of new releases. I can understand that the rights situation may be complicated with the Mechwarrior series, but what about the other Activision titles (Pitfall, Heavy Gear, Santa Fe games)? And what about lesser known Sierra games (Shivers, RAMA, Lighthouse, Laura Bow, Conqueror A.D. 1086, Fast Attack and so on)?

If you're someone who really wants to see more Activision games here, consider making some noise:

Activision Therapy? More likely Activision cancer (there's more big cancer publishers in gaming industry) and this is the reason we don't have nice thing here on GOG like - Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines and GUN. :((

IwubCheeze: ...
Of course, bugs are annoying, but if they are not gamebreaking or too repetitive/serious, if the game is really good, that's not a problem for me !
I heard a lot of good things concerning this game, so I think I'll try :) (And I must say I'm very curious concerning it, it seems really unique and good)
Thanks a lot for your help !

Edit : And bought... And as I expected, I have some issues. But this post helped a lot (with this). Now my remaining issues are that I have a stretched image (something related to the config of dgvoodoo I think), and my gamepad is in "crazy-rumbling-mode" when I launch the game. Nothing impossible to solve I think/hope...
