The feedback should be just a multiple choice checkbox:
1. I already own this on a different storefront but would be interested in similar games.
2. I'm not interested in this game.
This way if I hide Calico or A Short Hike, I can indicate that I'm hiding them because I already own these games elsewhere. The issue isn't because I dislike the game. If GOG decides to releases games that are similar that I don't own, I would be interested in them. It's not the same as all the FPS games that I would hide because I'm never going to purchase them.

3. I don't want to support this developer
4. I don't want to support this publisher
5. Bad reviews/rating
6. Not available for my OS
Not for myself as much as I'm anticipating what others would probably find appropriate.
"System requirements are too high" would be another good one as I'm on a laptop. I'd like The Alters, Neverwinter Nights 2 Enhanced Edition, and Baldur's Gate 3.... but the system requirements are too high. I know that if I was the person at GOG in charge of deciding if a game gets added to the store or not, I'd want to have some means of letting customers give feedback as to why they would never consider purchasing a specific game.
