That's right, the rumors were false! It wasn't Nintendo who obtained the rights to the terrible popscare, not even worth of Newgrounds, faux horror series, Five Nights at Freddi Fish, it was Warner Brothers.

And the idiots are gonna try and make a movie. A movie out of a game that has gameplay more shallow than a puddle and an overall running time of about 5 minutes.

I'm not entirely sure how this game of robotic bogeymen got so popular, and frankly I already know and are quite disgusted by the reasons.

Whether by misdirection, or sheer incompetence, here's a glass of hydrofluoric acid in the eyes with a Chlorine azide chaser, followed by a shot of Phosphine as a toast to this garbage game getting a further step.

...But that's just my incredibly strong and vitriol filled opinion.

Here's a bloody source.

So, thoughts?
• Do you think WB will flame out?
• How hard do you think WB will flame out?
Why?
• Why does it seem that all the Christians are coming out of the woodwork to pollute the planet with their crappy* movies?

*Another Vitriolic Opinion.

Add it back, and it should work.

There, fixed.

Darvond: Why?
Because it went viral and that means it's perfect to cash in on.

Anyway, I haven't played the games myself but I've seen a bunch of vids and discussions on them and while the premise sounds neat there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of actual game there.

Lolwut?

As for the movie, it will be another garbage horror flick. Nothing surprising, there.

Basically, I don't get why the games are popular, but I know why, and the reasons why disgust me. Does that make sense?
I... don't see the point. Maybe if it gets into the lore of what led up to the games without actually getting scary, sure that sounds interesting and leads into the game... But a movie based solely on the game seems stupid, end up being a tiny looking scrawny stupid security guard with a flashlight looking left and right the whole time until he just screams and then the screen is covered in blood, and... ugg....

There's multiple questions to be had. Such as 'Why did he accept', 'Why did he come back', 'Why don't they just kill him, lights be dammed?'

Ah, alright. Baically: I don't think these games deserve the popularity they do. However, I know why they have popularity and I find the reasoning disgusting.

Right?

This is correct. :v
I'm not sure what to think of a movie, but I still don't get all the hate these games get. I'm not a fan, they are mediocre at best, but they do provide some quick, simple entertainment.

Sure, they're short(5 minutes is exaggerating, they can take about an hour each the first time through), but it's not like they cost AAA prices so you get what you pay for.

Yes, they're not very scary, and it's all jump scares, but I think a lot of people overlook the fact that the games are more comedic than horror.

And yeah, there is no logic or deep lore. There's a lot of things the security guard could do to make his job so much easier, or just quit altogether, but then there would be no game. Again, that's part of what makes it funny. It's not the next Silent Hill.

I've said this all before, but it's really the obnoxious fans that are the worst part. The games don't really deserve the popularity they get, and the fans treat it like it's the best thing ever and try to push it on everyone else. Just like with Twilight or MLP, etc., things that should just be ignored if you don't like them are made prolific by disgusting fans.

Why can't he duct tape the light to your arm or head or gun?

Why can't you just leave the doors shut and only watch the monitors?

Why do you only get $100 for 5 nights of pure terror?

Why not put the animatronics in a steel case so they can't attack you?

Why no gun have?
I've never played it or really watched much gameplay footage (although I've seen plenty of footage of one of its clones), but I'm not really "getting" your outrage? It's a game that developed a large fanbase in a short amount of time and now everybody is cashing in on it while they can, nothing wrong with that, and nothing wrong with the people who enjoy it either. Different folks have different tastes etc.
All I know about this game is that it features some animatronic scaries and that it is quite popular. No idea why you would care about it enough to make this post. Perhaps you have a stake in it and are using reverse psychology to advertise it?

I have to say it's working, I'm interested now. Dammit.
