Hoping someone here can put my mind at ease. Created two tickets for a Cyberpunk preorder refund. Cant access them from my activities. The standard automated response asks if you want the refund applied to the wallet. My email replies saying no aren't being registered. I manages to respond using the ticket number and still no refund. This should be so hard. Refunds on Steam or Epic are a breeze.

After you replied no on that email, the support ticket status changes from awaiting reply to open again or at least did so in my case.

They've disabled my activities pages a very long time ago. Not a smart thing to do if anybody asks me, but this is GOG, they tend to make things convoluted and inconvenient.

Your chat is closed, you need to change that in privacy & settings option under you account and then contact ponczo.
