Hoping someone here can put my mind at ease. Created two tickets for a Cyberpunk preorder refund. Cant access them from my activities. The standard automated response asks if you want the refund applied to the wallet. My email replies saying no aren't being registered. I manages to respond using the ticket number and still no refund. This should be so hard. Refunds on Steam or Epic are a breeze.
