I'm struggling to find reasons to buy some visual novels here on GOG. I want to, but JastUSA is offering the same games for way less.
Both companies have localized pricing, and still Jast has a better deal.
Today I wanted to buy Yokai Busters and Ghost Girl Lasling.
Yokai is 7.68 USD in GOG vs 5.27 USD in Jast, both with 20% discount.
Lasling (+soundtrack+ASMR) is 16.67 USD in GOG vs 11.87 (deluxe edition) in Jast, and GOG ver. has 20% discount while Jast doesn't.
This isn't the first time this has happened; Dreamcutter, Dungeon Vixen, Tenioha. I bought them on Jast because GOG was more expensive.
There are some VNs GOG has that Jast doesn't, and those of course I buy here. Specially from Kagura Games or Itch.io-based.
I want to make to this post so hopefully GOG workers see it and note that something is maybe wrong with the regional pricing. I'm from Chile
