I'm trying to find a game trailer but I don't remember much about it. I saw it a year or two ago. It was for a newish game, a james bond type game, but the trailer emphasized how the main character could wear all different kinds of suits. IIRC, it was a humourous ad about how you could kill everyone while looking stylish. The character may have even surprised some guards by how outlandish his clothes were. I think the trailer opened with two guards talking.

I don't know anything about modern games or shooter games so I really don't know which game it was.

I don't think it was Hitman... but I'm not sure. I THINK the ad was more animation than 3D realistic. I just remember a guy walking around in different outfits, some in crazy colors.

All that reminds me of is maybe Saints Row games (except that maybe they are not "James Bond games"), but then my knowledge of modern games is also somewhat lacking. I'm sure there could be lots of other games fitting that description.

The trailer you described sounded interesting though, I'd like to see it.

Alpha protocol allowed you to change outfit, but the trailer didn't realyy emphasize this, and it was more geared toward drama than humor, so probably not that one.

It might not have been a full game, but perhaps an expansion or addon?

I vaguely recall two guards talking for a while, possibly humourous dialog, and then maybe the hero shows up and they're stunned by his outfit.

Team Fortress 2 maybe?

But then again, not a "James Bond" type of game.
