I bought and my library shows 3 VH titles. But all 3 link to the same store page which is entitled "The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing - Final Cut" and it doesn;t show me as owning it.

Is this a fourth game in the series? Why do all of my current games link to this store page?

It's confusing.

But your shelf should actually show four games, not three. I bought them individually too, but once I did, a fourth game shows - "Final Cut". You're safe to ignore the other three.

[EDIT] I just checked the store, though, and "Final Cut" shows as "owned" for me, despite the fact I bought them individually.

Who knows!

It's not the fourth game, it's the "final edition."

From my understanding, it allows all three games to be played together as one seamless package - if you download and install "The Final Cut" version you can play from One to Three as if it were one, gigantic game.

I *think* it also allows you to play every class introduced, right from the get go. And includes a few additional quests and a few tweaks to existing quests to have the game "make sense" as a continuous whole.

Thanks for this info. do you know if purchasers of the 3 titles individually should have received "The Final Cut" free or were required to pay more?

I'm *pretty sure* when it came out, IF you had all three you were upgraded for free (keep in mind I'm going off memory here - I only have the second game).

I *don't* remember if all three games were removed immediately and only the Final Cut was up. So I DON'T know if you bought all three AFTER the final cut came out, if you still got The Final Cut free. My gut says you should still have gotten the upgrade when purchasing your "last" individual game, but I'm not sure. There might have been a window to own all three and get the upgrade. I'll do some hunting because now I'm curious LOL.

Have you tried an account refresh? I just went looking around for a link Judas put up recently in another thread, but couldn't find it. One of these days I'm going to remember to copy / paste it into a text file so I never lose it.

OldFatGuy:
Bad News - sounds like you only had a month to get the Final Cut free if you owned all previous games:

https://www.gog.com/forum/general/release_the_incredible_adventures_of_van_helsing_final_cut_78c95

So if you missed that month or got / redeemed one of the game after it, you don't automatically get The Final Cut.

I just looked at my purchase order, and I bought all three in Sep 2015, way before June of 2016.

Plus I see a thing about getting The Wither 3 GOTY version free if you own TW3 and it's expansions. I own TW3 and the seaon pass, yet no GOTY shows in my library.

If gog is going to claim that owners of the 3 individual Van Helsing titles had to do something more than being a loyal PAYING CUSTOMER (such as we were also expected to read the forums daily or miss out on the upgrade) then they will have gottne OFG's last dollar.

Guess I'll see when I get a reply from support.
I looked through my receipts and there was some kind of promo on June 1, 2016 that tied them all together. I don't recall what it was though, but that's when I bought the last of the three games and they transformed like Voltron III into one massive supergame.

The link is https://www.gog.com/account/refresh but I'm not sure if it'll help with the problem you guys are having.
