Hey, the VTMB subforum seems pretty dead so I thought I'd ask here. I'm having trouble with the Santa Monica quest where you need to steal the werewolf blood sample from the Hospital. I've managed to get to the Controlled Substances room where it's supposed to be kept, but I cannot open open the electronic cabinet/lock, there's no option for lockpicking it's just plain locked. Anyone know what to do?
Not entirely sure, but I think the cabinet is unlocked by accessing/hacking one of the computers nearby.
So right, so I found a computer which seems to unlock "cs cabinet" which I assume is it, but my Hacking skill is too low (even with Auspex) to hack it....

Go back later after putting points in hacking?

I *think* there might also be another room (like a security room) where you can turn off cameras and unlock the safe - I'm not 100% positive.

You might have to kill a few guys to get there and "go hot" setting off the alarm.
Keep looking for the password. It's usually on a note lying around or stuck to the wall or in one of the emails on one of the other computers.

Yep it's all good I found the password.
On another note, does anyone know how Auspex (or all disciplines for that matter) work with increasing stats? Like say I have max (5) Wits, can Auspex temporarily improve Wits beyond 5, or is 5 the cap?

Googling indicates it does go beyond the cap:

I can't really confirm myself though...I've played through Bloodlines two times, once as a Toreador with auspex iirc...but I've already forgotten all the details.
