Hi all. I'm not a heavy GOG user, so I may have missed it, but I couldn't find any info regarding if the chat can be accessed via third-party clients. (for reference: I mostly use Steam Friends chat from Adium, the native client is garbage -when it comes to chatting- on macOS)

My impression of GOG is that the team wouldn't spend the effort inventing a new protocol, and would simply use/modify XMPP (a.k.a. Jabber). Is this the case? If so, any hints how to configure a generic XMPP client to use GOG chat?
