A few months ago, I created an account and activated the Cyberpunk 2077 key. Until the previous week, I didn't log in to my account anymore because I was waiting for the right time to play. When logging into my account, I get the error "user not found" right in the email input line. The mail is 100% correct. The username and password were stored in the browser, so I'm sure the email is correct. A week ago, I sent a request to support, but they never answered me. There was no message at all in the mail, although it was written on the website that the request was registered. I created this account to write from it on the forum, because I don't see any other options. So I need help

Perhaps you've got a wrong address in your browser history after all. That would explain why the website doesn't recognize it and why you didn't get an automated confirmation email from support.

After creating an account, I logged into gog galaxy by entering this email manually and then activated the key
