chadjenofsky: If an update does NOT have a patch, and you must DL the entire installer again, do you need to uninstall before reinstalling, or can you install over the original?
Grargar: The second.
hi i just saw this topic and i had the same question, there are a few games that have more updates (version numbers) and are quite big
my question was if it is okay to delete the older and keep the latest versions cause with many games having unneeded doubles my extern usb (1TB) is clogging up very fast
all files from broken sword :
Broken_Sword_1_comic_book.zip 27 Mb
Broken_sword_avatars.zip 330 kb
Broken_sword_wallpaper.zip 5,698 kb
Broken_sword1_manual.zip 1,293 kb
Broken_sword1_music.zip 195 Mb
Setup_broken_sword1_2.0.0.8.exe 276 Mb
Setup_broken_sword1_dc_2.0.0.10.exe 1,171 Mb
Setup_broken_sword1_dc_2.1.0.16.exe 1,171 Mb
8 files, 2,849 Mb
i see 2.0.0.10 and 2.1.0.16
if one is needed i can delete the others, i have a few games that have 2 or 3 updates/pathces and are quite big
normally i assume that the latest update is only assumed and the previous can be deleted
sometime however you neet to aplly pathces in order, to get the latest build, this was often the case in many retail games cd) that i bought.
