I've had my account since 2016. I own a total of 7 games. Last purchase I made was maybe, 3 months ago. I tried to purchase Dino Crisis and Phantasmagoria on Gog Galaxy and I just get a error saying to contact my bank. I tried 3 different payment methods none working. I then tried to go to www.gog.com sign in and purchase that way, still nothing. I tried logging into my phone, still nothing. I tried using another computer, still nothing. There is virtually no way for me to buy these products and I do not know why. I submitted a ticket or a email support whatever its called but haven't heard back in a few days. Am I just screwed?

Contact your bank and see if your credit cards can process international payments. Don't know why, but some American CCs are domestic-only.

Support slow and has weekend off I think. Have you tried doing workaround like using PayPal or something?
