One of my family is not able to launch Swat 4, he downloaded GOG Galaxy, and downloaded the game from the GOG Galaxy program itself. But he can't launch it, He tried to launch it from its path name, (To specify, from its file.) and it didn't work. He doesn't know what to do, he tried to launch it from the Search Bar and from the GOG Galaxy program.

Don't mind apehater, he is the local nutjob just constantly trying to stir problems in GOG. He has certainly earned his low negative reputation score.

As for your question, first it would be good to know the machine configuration, especially the OS (Windows 10 Home 64bit?) and the GPU (graphics unit), to see if people have had similar problems.
