Tiyako: After upgrading to windows 10, i've reinstalled Galaxy and after downloading the witcher 3 installation files the installation will an error "Installation Failed: Configuration error"

Been running things with admin permission and full read/write permission with anti-virus turned off.

Anyone encounter a similar issue and able to provide a solution? i've been trying to get this game running for awhile....and i've contacted support and made sure no registry was left over from GoG service when i tried to reinstall the client.
