Hey, I have a few Ubisoft games on my wishlist here. My question is will it sync with Uplay/Ubisoft Club even though there's no DRM on it, do the games (i.e. Far Cry, Far Cry 2, etc.) get regular fixes/updates, and is there anything that I should know that I didn't mention?

No game on GOG is connected with another store, we are at the mercy of developers/ publishers as to whether they want to update their games here and besides, most Ubi games here are old and already work well. Also, if you want a client-less experience download the Galaxy-free standalone installers after purchase.

No, these aren't Uplay releases, you just get the games on GOG..

As for updates, well, I don't think Ubisoft is even updating the games you mentioned anymore to begin with. And it's more likely, actually, that, if an older Ubisoft game stops working at some point (due to a major Windows update or something), GOG is going to fix that in their own release than Ubisoft over at Uplay.

Well, they don't alter game code but they do pretty much everything else. It's usually stuff that theoretically anyone could do but sometimes takes a lot of time and effort or technical know-how.
