It's been nearly three years since we last mentioned one of the greatest Command and Conqueror conversions ever to be released and today saw the announcement of ' Twisted Insurrection 0.39.1', a Standalone RTS total conversion update based on the Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun engine.

Playing Sun right this minute; let's have a look here.

I'm a little confused, is it a MOD or a standalone game. BY MOD I mean do I need TS on the computer and this just uses the base of the game I have here to build itself on?
