The game would've been from around the year 2000 if I had to guess. In it you control a type of hovercraft, which is very tricky to control, and I think you have to rescue scientists/civilians and fight weird monsters. The view of the game is similar to Nuclear Strike, from the outside of the hovercraft. If memory serves the hovercraft looks a bit like a fat orca from the C&C series. I think you can go underwater as well. As for the title, for some reason I think that it is something like VR2000 but I'm not sure.
