Hello all! I'm trying to get a refund request for a game I got just last night. I submitted the request about 12 hours ago and haven't really gotten a response yet. Usually when I submit a refund, I get it within 2-3 hours max, so I don't know if it's really slow or what. Been trying to get in touch with customer service, because I have anxiety and guess I get worried they threw out my request entirely. So yeah, I was wondering if I could get in touch with some direct human support and get the request sorted tonight.

Considering that GOG is located in Poland 12 hours ago was after Office Hours and their main offices/staff just start working again right now.
Did you request the Refund to be in wallet funds or back to original payment source? Wallet should happen reasonable fast within 1-3 days as it it's (kinda) automated process- back to original payment source might take way longer (talking about 1-2 weeks estimate here) .
No need to be anxious about it though - for the refund to be granted and being eligible the date you started the refund process counts and not when you receive it (so if refund process started within refund time limit periods everything is fine)

Alright that makes sense sorry. I asked for it in wallet funds. Guess I just get nervous cuz I shared my account with my nephew and he had a tendency to buy and refund games on it. I had to lock him out of the account because of the refund thing. So I 'm just nervous I'm in trouble for that.

Unless you got specific Communication from GOG together with your (or your nephews) last refund request that it will be the last one granted on this account regarding the voluntary refund policy everything should be fine
