i'm trying to get a refund on two orders i made. the games arent fun like i thought and i've been trying to get a refund for the past 2 days. i was told that by contacting support on here i could actually get it done

GOG has a small team, so during the big seasonal sales there is always an extended waiting time for support and refund tickets.
