Considered by many to be the best TW and the one with a still active community of players online, offline and making mods. The steam page is already up and pre-order is available, with previous owners getting 50% off. Developed by Feral Interactive, who are the guys who do ports of TW games to Mac and Linux. There are as of yet no TW games on GOG but I think that if we show enough interest, CA may consider it seeing how they released their latest game on Epic for free.

-So far, no DLC has been announced. It releases on April 29th.
-Remastered version will also be for Linux and Mac
-You'll get the old RTW, BI and TW:Alexander when buying the remaster
-Original RTW, BI and RTA have become un-purchasable on steam

Don't hold you breath. First, Epic paid lots of money to Sega (not CA, Sega is the publisher who owns CA) to give out the game, GOG doesn't have the funds to match Epic's epic freebie parade, nor do they need to. 2nd, Sega will never, ever sell any game without DRM, they are too greedy to do that, so GOG is pretty much out.

One can try; this is the time to make them see there's interest in the game after all.

You are probably right, but one can hope.

Note maybe they can throw a bone to us and release DRM free one of these games so that they can gauge that we do not copy for other people. I am fairly certain that people that buy on GoG hold their purchases close to the chest.

They have such a responsive community. I'm sure if a connected goglodyte would be prepared to throw a ball to one of total war's influencials some form of progress might be attainable
I will never understand the thought process behind replying to a post in a three year old thread as if it was just made an hour ago.
