Anyway while its great we are getting the remasters of the Tomb Raider games so quick .. I do wonder when if ever we will get Rise of the tomb raider and shadow of the tomb raider here .. As while I want those two I do not plan to get em on a drmed platform

You're still trivializing censorship, and that is indeed something that our cultural heritage should prevent. You're still using the word, which doesn't apply as the historical Tomb Raider from 1996 was never changed and is still available. You're still going nuts over a repaint that turned eight orange pixels that may or may not have been meant to be boobs into an actual pin-up (bare breasts are actually beside the point of a pin-up, just in case you care about the history of erotic art in some relevant way).

It's a remaster. The whole point of the remaster is that it's not exactly like the original. Don't like the changes, don't buy the game, write a letter, start a petition. But this censorship bullshit is right outta kindergarten.

On a more positive note, finally started getting through GOTY and it's amazing. I didn't expect the story to be so brutal to Lara but I guess that's why she's the resident female protagonist. Takes me back to how good games used to be, highly recommend getting it on sale.

The remasters for the previous games were a bit cheap so I get the impression Aspyr and Sabre may just do the bare minimum. I hope to be wrong though.

Still waiting for Rise and Shadow GOG. Sure I have them on STEAM but I'd rather have them here yaknow.

Yes, I also got Rise and Shadow from two of the other Non-GOG stores - but I'd love to have them on GOG with all their DLC's being DRM-Free.

And Rise: Baba Yaga DLC is good and has a good boss fight there, too - IMHO.

Not sure if the DLC's are DRM-Free on the other stores though - so would love to see Rise and Shadow come to GOG too.
If they can manage to fix AoD and improve it - they'd be certainly something to behold and I'm so all for that.

AoD fixed-up and improved here could alone even more so make this TR4-6 Collection even more worthwhile than it probably already will be, since the TR1-3 Remastered Collection was awesome; esp. with the options to switch control methods (Tank and Modern) in the menu's. I do wish that could be done on-the-fly w/ the control-switching while playing with a toggle button in-game, though.

Tomb Raider IV still the best Tomb Raider in my opinion.
Hope the remake lives up to its memory.
