ZaineH: I agree. Patches would be wonderful.
It wouldn't be too hard to make a patch file... take the old version of xxx and compare it against the new version and just keep those new files and repackage them... This would work best if it's the executables, although if it's the bulk data and the data files are 300Mb a piece or larger, that would be a bit harder...
