Usually you can expect an answer within 1-2 business days. It can be a bit longer though during big sales like the one we are having at the moment.
I have a ticket that's going on 4 days now although I asked for escalation on it from the start since it's a policy issue that I'm asking for an exception on.

It's always a good idea to mention the ticket number if you reference a pending support ticket. Just in case a staff member comes by and sees this thread so he, she or it can go looking.

I;m not in any hurry and I can;t load GMail from here so I;m not worried about mine.
