So I had issues with PayPal for a month and basically got double charged on some things. Its been two days since I submitted the ticket so the question is, How long does it take to get a response for a ticket dealing with a huge double pay?

You likely should've gotten a response already. Have you double-checked which email addy GOG has on file, and perhaps checked your spam folder there as well?

The only time I'm aware of a serious delay is if the ticket goes in on a weekend, or during a national holiday in Poland. Pretty sure there wasn't anything like that this week, though.
I sent in 7 support tickets over the past 2 months and I usually got a reply within 24-48 hours. They prioritise payment issues, so you should get a reply sooner rather than later. Did you get a confirmation mail after you sent in your request?

You can also do this: Go to the support center here. You might have to sign in again, then click on your username, then "My activities". You should be taken to a list that features all the support tickets you sent, from there you should be able to check about the status of your request, including the name of the staffer that has been assigned to your case. Hope this helps!

Yea I got the email about the initial sending of the ticket and been updating the information on the ticket as I got it.

Reason I am asking was I had for about a little over a month issues with Paypal not working but GOG.com said the transaction didn't go through. But apparently some of them did and Paypal had me pay them or couldn't use them (for ebay items). So now I got around $300 of false charges from GOG.com and trying to get refunded from them.

No offense intended but just to make sure, did you include the Paypal and GoG's transaction numbers in the ticket?

Hoping that you did. Having a feeling considering the amount of money involved, they may have had to research the issue and/ or contact Paypal themselves about it.

That was one of the updates once I got the information from PayPal. Now the number for GOG.com not sure, GOG.com said the transactions were not successful so they would have none. I also suggested stopping further Paypal payments between the dates when I had the last successful Paypal transaction before the problem and the payment when the problem disappeared to avoid further credits.
