Beachnaturalist: Are you saying that this will no longer run GOG games? That would be pretty frustrating. The last laptop I had (no, I don't know the specs) was five years old and seemingly not as up to date as this one (nothing fancy), yet other than the glitch in the MoH, I had no trouble with the rest of my games.

swsoboleski89: what other games do you have that run? if it is just medal of honor than i wouldnt worry about it. that game is kind of crap anyway.
After the other three games didn't work, I put Doom II on, just to pass the time. I haven't put any of the others on yet.

test some more games out. personally i still think it's a combo of your processor and how garbage windows 10 has become from all the updates. on my celeron laptop i was playing games like warband, riddick, dead space, etc. how new is your computer and what brand? did you install directx?

also, maybe consider trying to get the games refunded.

The laptop is an ASUS, and it's about a month old. And yeah, I'll try to get a refund, but I would rather just play the games! Like I said, frustrating. I wanted a laptop that would at least be able to play older, less demanding games, as I am on a budget.

my laptop was also an Asus with the same type of processor, a little bit more powerful though. i had a lot of problems but mostly performance. i think newer intel graphics causes problems with a lot games, new and old.

that sucks man. do you have a different computer?
