I'm also subscriber and didn't get anything. Just checked and my marketing e-mails regarding BF sale don't mention it at all.

But since I got them, it means I'm subscriber, so it doesn't make any sense :P

Huh. Strange. I did get the CDP discounts too. Doesn't seem like a great thing to AB test :(. At least not by only sending some people a free game. I'm not sure if I had it on my wishlist. Possibly a US specific thing?

I believe only a subset of subscribers got this specific offer.

I have two accounts, both newsletter subscribed:
(a) one which was used by the MaGog search engine, with 0 games
(b) my main one, with 2000+ games

I received the offer only on account (a). On account (b), I got a similar newsletter, just without the offer.

When I later bought a game on account (b), I did not receive the gift. I do not plan to buy a game on account (a).

I have no idea what the criterion for receiving the offer was (perhaps a relatively small library; perhaps random).
