I found those very easy in itch.io and patreon, have something like this here on gog?

Several. Though for the life of me, I couldn't recall their names directly. Here's a listing of them, surprising that GOG has a proper category for them.

As for lewd games, that's an asterisk. Anything lewd will need an uncensor patch such as the blank named file for Huniepop.

These are the Visual Novels that is currently available in GOG which has 18+ patches.

1. Princess Evangile W Happiness

https://www.mangagamer.com/r18/freedownload.php?page=1&page=3

You need an account on Mangagamer to download the 18+patch, also you need to go the adult section for the patch to appear. The first game doesn't have a patch and you need to buy the adult version of the game from the Mangagamer.

2. Da Capo 3 R

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jpheI7T7is

The version on GOG is a All Ages version similar to that of Steam and no official adult patch exist. However someone from YouTube found a way to restore the 18+ by applying some files on the installation directory of the game. I already tried it and it does work if you follow closely the instructions on the video. In case you're unable to pull it off. PM me and I'll make a video on how to apply the patch for the GOG.com versions of the game.

3. Sunrider: Mask of Arcadius

7. Heart of the Woods: I found 2 websites choose whichever you prefer

8. Ne no Kami: The Two Princess Knights of Kyoto And Ne no Kami - The Two Princess Knights of Kyoto Part 2

https://denpasoft.com/products/ne-no-kami-the-two-princess-knights-of-kyoto-part-2-dlc

They are considered as DLC which you need to buy so you could add the adult contents to the game...

9. A Kiss For The Petals - Maidens of Michael

https://www.mangagamer.com/r18/freedownload.php?page=1&page=2

Go to mangagamer to download the patch as it was with Princess Evangile W Happiness

10. Highway Blossoms

That's all the Visual Novels in GOG which has 18+ Patches so far. Hope it helps!
I must be said that GOG does not have many Visual Novels, and the ones that have lewd content (most times with a patch from the developer site) are even smaller. I would like to see more Visual Novels, even without lewd content

As an example: I would LOVE to see the Flowers series (Flowers: Le Volume sur Printemps, Flowers: Le Volume sur Été, Flowers: Le Volume sur Automne and Flowers: Le Volume sur Hiver - as soon as that last one is translated) here on GOG. There are more but I will stop naming them, otherwise it would be a very lengthy post.

Indeed sites as itch.io has many indie developers that make some great stuff (but to be honest - also a lot of lazy developers that use a lot of generic art work). A few of them are already publishing their work on GOG, but I could easily name quit a few more that are worth putting up here too.
One day visual novels are too niche or not fitting GOG philosophy, another day we get a pidgeon dating VN. No wonder some developers consider GOG too inconsistent/unreliable.

I feel you there. GOG.com certainly has fewer Visual Novels selections. I'm just glad that GOG even bothers publishing or making VNs available here in the first place since ages past I though i wouldn't be possible since the folks here are old school veterans that like to play gameplay oriented games. Most people consider Visual Novel as digital anime books and not an actual game which is somewhat true and false on the same time. If they bother considering point and click titles as games. They should also do the same to VNs since its the Japanese version of an Adventure game

In addition, as much as I share the same desire for the possibility of Flowers Series to be available here in GOG.COM That might not be happen since there's already an DRM free version of their games available on JAST USA website where you could buy it directly from.

Well from the looks of it, things might turn for the better since GOG just recently release Fatal Twelve and most of all Baldr Sky which is a huge title and one that really come out of the blue! A very welcoming and pleasant surprise!

Here's hoping GOG will take Visual Novels seriously and release more awesome titles!

Speaking of idie VNs, there's a couple of Visual Novel titles that made its way to GOG that I don't really like wherein the art style is of poor quality. No matter how great a story a VN has, if its art style sucks and horrendous at best.

There's no point in reading/playing the game in first place since it failed to the first criteria of having good to excellent Art which is the lifeblood of most VNs!!! There's a reason why's these games are called "Visual Novels"

These are the titles in questions:

https://www.gog.com/game/synergia
https://www.gog.com/game/bleeding_moons
https://www.gog.com/game/milky_way_prince_the_vampire_star

It's better to release more Japanese Visual Novels/Eroges than OELVNs since few of them are of decent art quality which the following example has shown.

Its not that I hate OELVN in general as I like Long Live The Queen and VA-11 Hall-A!
they just need to actually "Curate" the VNs that comes their way and only release the exceptional ones such as the recent VN titles!

https://www.gog.com/game/baldr_sky

Wishing to see more fantastic Visual Novel titles here in GOG.COM!

I think this is another indication of GOG's system being messed up. The Curators have refused several games who then re-applied and got in at a later date, With I assume a different curator or community support. The thing is, GOG has no idea what we want as a community, and waits for backlash for denying a game before they change their minds.
Well - At least there are some VN's, and I only can hope there will be more. They don't have to be epic sized even. There are small and not expensive ones that are really worth it. I only have to name the work of ebi-hime (Blackberry Honey, Asphyxia, Lily of the Valley, Rituals in the Dark, The Sad Story of Emmeline Burns, The Language of Love, The End of an Actress and Strawberry Vinegar to name a few). But there are titles more from other authors, like A Summer's End - Hong Kong 1986.

I am a gamer that also likes Visual Novels. I think the two genres go very well together. I mostly like RPG and especially JRPG games (I love that GOG has almost all Nihom Falcom games), and would like to see more of them in the future. I don't see VN's as inferior to games, especially the good ones like the Flowers series.

But we will see if GOG has the guts to look outside the traditional gaming and makes more room for Visual Novels. They already have a good start, so why holding back now?

I think you're talking about Hatoful Boyfriend? - https://www.gog.com/game/hatoful_boyfriend

Well, if you think about it, it has quality, and are made by popular developers (Mediatonic, Devolver)
