Some time ago I have started my Esoteric Puzzle III giveaway.
https://www.gog.com/forum/general/esoteric_challenge_iii_giveaway/page1

Some people solved it, but none of them have claimed the code. Since I don't want the game to be left unredeemed, I'm offering it here

The game in question is Theme Hospital
https://www.gog.com/game/theme_hospital

Rules:
(Please be aware that the original esoteric challenge is still running. It means if someone solves it, he can claim the code, even after you win it here. The only way to guarantee you get the code is by solving the challenge. Please don't be surprised/offended if you win but someone else grabs it in the last minute.)

_No rep or join date requirements, but I reserve the right to refuse any entry. Period.
_Winner redeems the code as soon as possible.
_You may enter for others.

For a discussion topic (if you want to participate you have to take some part in the discussion. This is NOT optional):
For those who speak another language, tell us a word-play joke in that language that doesn't translate into English. Then explain it.
If you don't speak another language (or don't speak it well enough), an English pun-based or world play joke is enough.

I know the discussion topic has nothing to do with esoterism or themes or hospitals. But I like them.

I'll select winners using random.org once there are enough entries or enough time has passed (around Friday).

"el lado oscuro" = "the dark side"
"helado" = "ice cream/popsicle"

Not in, I just like puns.

What, no one wants this game?

Here is my contribution.

An Irishman in Moscow Airport goes to the ticket desk.
_I want one ticket to Dublin.
_Kuda, blin?
_Tuda, blin!

"blin" is a minced oath in Russian, roughly the equivalent of damn (literally it means pancake, but it's a minced oath for "blad", which literally means "whore" but is equivalent to "f...". Got all that?)

Anyway, "to Dublin" sounds like "tuda, blin", which means "there, damn!" So the conversation sounds like:
_I want one ticket there, damn!
_Where, damn?
_There, damn!
I'm Afrikaans and we can say Ja-Nee witch translate to yes-no, but means sure
Not in; I already have Theme Hospital.

In Esperanto, the word mojosa [mo-YO-sah] is frequently used to describe something that's cool, trendy or fashionable.

It's actually built from three other words: moderna (modern), juna (youthful) and stila (stylish).

Esperanto: inventing chatspeak before it was mojosa.
OK, I hope you won't find it offensive. The meaning is not very pretty, sorry for that, but we can say in Polish a nice-looking symmetrical sentence:

Gdy menel jedzie tramwajem, to tramwaj jedzie menelem.

...which means in English:

When bum rides a tram, a tram stinks of bum.

In polish it looks and sounds interesting/funny, because of double meaning of "jedzie" word. In polish "jedzie" means "to ride (sth)", but can also (colloquially) mean "to stink of (sth)". So it's possible both for bum to jechać a tram and for tram to jechać of bum.

Count me in for Theme Hospital. I remember playing demo about 20 years ago and it would be great to play a full game someday ;)

Strictly speaking this is not a large piece*, but your entry entry is acceptable, so you're very much in.
