But one of the gog staff already meantioned that the beta should start in a few weeks.
They also said that Galaxy should be out September last year.

SmartChicken: The third reason is that why not give it a try?!

Does GOG have achievements?
The Witcher 3 is actually the first game on GOG that has achievements in Galaxy which is the DRM Free client that is in closed alpha right now. Sometime later probably in time for the release of Witcher 3 it will have an Open Beta so that everyone can try it out.

Also here is a link to redeem DRM Free backup copies of Witcher 1 & 2 that you have on Steam. Then you'll have the complete trilogy on GOG if you decide to redeem Witcher 3 here. :)

SmartChicken: Anyway i am wonder if it is possible to have a steam key instead of GOG key?
Only if you traded with someone who was tired of Steam and wanted his Witcher 3 on GOG instead. :P

Also, if you get good at Steam trading you can use it to make people get you GOG games. Just sayin'. ^^

The community here really is exceptionally nice compared to most other places on the internet, certainly to most other gaming forums. There are a number of unwritten semi-official rules of conduct, there are groups of people with very strong opinions on certain subjects, and generally we're an odd mixture of very civilized and extremely rowdy and anarchic people, but it all seems to work. We generally police the forum ourselves. It is very rare for a Blue (GOG staff post in blue text) to interfere directly in a discussion, and usually they have no need to do so either.

So come back and check the forum from time to time. You'll soon get the hang of things, and it's an excellent place to hang out. Welcome to GOG :-)
Phew, a rare one of these threads that turned out well! Well done all round!
