Can anyone tell me what it is? I downloaded and installled my game via Galaxy on my D:\ Drive and the Patch cannot find the installation files.

Instead of redownloading all 27GBs I'd like to try relocating the game files. Thanks for the help!

I having the same issue,, hope someone comes up with an answer, however I attempting to dll the game again.

I just successfully patched the game with the patch from GoG.com.

You just have to change the "Folders" settings (probably). Here is how my settings look:

According to the patch_log.txt it is C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\

Patch doesn't seem to work if your game is installed anywhere else. Really frustrating because I don't have enough space on my C: drive.

yeah on top of that i have a SSD dedicated to my OS only so NOTHING gets installed on C: except windows and windows updates....other stuff goes on another SSD. so i cannot patch my game neither

I'm nearly in the same boat. OS only on my SSD. I have about 32GB's free. Just enough to see if this works. Wish me luck.

The GoG.com patch WILL install if your game is installed on different disk/partition.

I'm sorry, but I nearly completely mirrored your directory tree but it would still not install.

In the same boat as OP, game is downloaded to the D Drive and both installation spots (web and galaxy) will NOT patch it.
