I have it on Steam, and saw it being listed on GOG Connect, yet it's greyed out. What gives?

I have the same issue. Have it in Steam but it's not showing as owned in GOG Connect.
Clicking Refresh on the GOG connect page fixed this for me.

Probably servers just got hammered, as it went on circles for me. I'm trying it again.

Same issue here,
tried 12 hours ago, tried again now,
still not synchronized (whereas other telltales went fine).
I'll try this evening, after the burst.

gotta learn the obvious difference betweeen browser refresh and refresh button.
Once clicked, sync is ok.
No more issue,
