I don't like the new chat feature in the support Contact us. This is the most useless thing I have used. Most chat systems work OK. I think this one must be AI based and the AI is dumb as a rock. Gog is slipping.

I had to say something. I guess If there are that many it's a dead issue.

Afraid it is. The support bot chat replaces most Support services, and you have to go through it. At the end ther is a chance to send an email to support, however they have a huge backlog and people are reporting months go by with no response. Shame as support used to be really good here.
Legend has it the chatbot will create a support ticket if you repeatedly say it wasn't helpful.

You can bypass it with a user style. Supposedly sending an e-mail directly to support (at) gog.com also works. Once you have a support ticket open, it will likely take weeks to get a response.

Modern customer support: Frustrate an already frustrated patron with nonsense so they feel it's a waste of time and give up.

But make sure you leave a smiley face to sad face rate your experience so the user feels obliged to approve it.
