Hello i heard that i could get my Ps4 games on Pc and i found out it really works but i can't install a game and i don't know why it shows i need the console to play,What do i need to do?

I think you're confused. I think the application can show your library, but that doesn't mean your PC will run console games.

Yes, the apllication can´t run console games, only show your console library and your console achivements.
