So everyone here is likely already familiar with the classic Duke Nukem 3D Dos game. But, did you there is an official version released for the Sega Genesis / Mega Drive in Brazil?

This version was ported by just 3 people and the studio even attained the rights to the Duke 3D licenese from GT Interactive.

I recently reviewed a 2015 re-release of the game which adds few slight improvements, but overall, the game is still not good.

I find it hilarious that a game could be released in that state. I played some really bad games in the day, including some really terribad Genesis ports of Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter. But wow. This was truly horrible. I still prefer the Genesis Shadowrun to the SNES counterpart, but I realize SEGA was then like Nintendo is now. They were unable to lure any good third party games (there were a few) and instead relying on a 1st party heavy library that was pretty awesome.

Oh I dunno, I quite like the Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter ports. The graphics and sound weren't the best, but the gameplay is still intact.
