The Hum seems to be an open world "alien invasion post apocaliptic" horror game to be released someday...

What I'd like to play is a game based on Altered. That film is just great and the story and atmosphere would work in a game I think.

I wouldn't consider that game horror. But it does seem quite interesting and a good "50s alien flick" based game :P

I would dwatch Fire in the Sky based on that trailer (maybe of less than $3) even if I feel that that part of the script is not very good but maybe Travis is a UFO nuts with very little common sense. I also wish I knew why all those different people were packed in that truck but I expect that scenes before explain that.

As for the game, that preview does not show what the game is about except the back story.The game could go from the cerebral survival genre to mindless first person shooter. I am personally hoping for a FPS RPG.

This looks great. I've read about that hum thing before, and I've always wondered how much it would suck to actually be able to hear it.

I have a recording of the "hum". I didn't hear it live, but I was recording a gym class at the park and when I started checking the video the damn hum was there o.o It was so exciting =D

As for the gameplay, is supposed to be an "open world" and you're supposed to survive. That's all I know about it. The kickstarter campaign failed but they will continue working on it, only slower.

I've watched this movie a long time ago, long, long time ago...
This is probably the only move that made me trully scared, to the point of having nightmares, sleep deprivations, and such.
But it was so long time ago, I should watch it again and see how it holds up.
